Hello, everyone!

I've released CGPSA 1.9, which adds support for generating an =
=E2=80=9CX-Junk-Score=E2=80=9D header for use in CGP=E2=80=99s =
=E2=80=9Csimplified junk configuration=E2=80=9D mode, and which I=E2=80=99=
ve verified actually works with SpamAssasin 4 (the previous version did =
too).

A reminder that CGPSA is available on GitHub, at =
https://github.com/TFF-Enterprises/CGPSA - bug reports are appreciated, =
even if I don't necessarily get to them very quickly. In addition, as =
always, the new release can be downloaded from the CGPSA web site, =
located at https://www.tffenterprises.com/cgpsa/ - there is no =
corresponding GitHub =E2=80=9Crelease=E2=80=9D, though cloning the =
repository at tag "v1_9" will give you basically the same thing that=E2=80=
=99s in the archive.

Major Changes

- Added support for generating an "X-Junk-Score" header for use in CGP's =
"simplified junk configuration" (requested in =
https://github.com/CGPSA/issues/5). This is primarily useful for =
headers-only mode, but can also be used in full featured mode. See the =
new configuration options for details.

- CGPSA has been verified to work with current versions of SpamAssassin =
(which is up to version 4.0.1 as of this writing).

Minor Changes

- Changed the Perl path at the top of the CGPSA script to /usr/bin/env =
perl, to better reflect the reality of the way Perl is packaged on most =
systems these days.
